Will candidates know you sourced them?
We don’t contact candidates as “JobMatchedCVs” on your behalf unless you ask. Your agency remains the point of contact for screening and submissions.
Do I need to disclose that I used an external sourcing partner?
Disclosure requirements vary by client and by your internal policies. You can decide what you disclose to your client.
Is the service exclusive?
No. CV sourcing is provided on a non-exclusive basis, and availability can change.
Are candidates guaranteed to be available or interested?
No. Availability can change quickly. Final screening and confirmation remains with your consultants.
