1. Services Provided

We provide employers with access to curated, job-matched CVs sourced from leading job search platforms. This is a sourcing service only and does not constitute full recruitment or placement.

2. Payment Terms

All purchases are payable upfront via invoice. No services will be supplied until full payment has been received and cleared. Payment methods will be specified on your invoice.

3. No Rebates or Refunds

Due to the nature of our CV sourcing service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, rebates, or replacements for any CVs provided. It is your responsibility to assess suitability for your vacancy.

4. Use of CVs

CVs provided are for the sole use of the client named on the invoice and must not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties without written permission from The Hire Hub Limited.

5. Data Protection

We are GDPR compliant. By using our services, you confirm that your business has a lawful basis for contacting and processing the candidate data provided.

6. Liability

The Hire Hub Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from the use of CVs supplied. Suitability, vetting, and final recruitment decisions rest entirely with the client.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
